Kari Samantha Wuhrer (born on April 28, 1967) was an American actress and singer. The career of Wuhrer began when she was still in her teens. Her most well-known performances include Maggie Beckett, an actress in Sliders as well as Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter Karin Noble (nee Noble) and is Payroll accountant as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer (a policeman and car dealer). She has been blessed with three brothers.
